FAST & ASSOCIATES s.a.r.l is an architectural, structural, and interior design, as well as construction planning & BIM management firm established in Lebanon in 2003 as an experimental studio. The company has evolved into regional/international practice, combining the creative spirit of the principals with the efficiency of delivery and reliability of a major consultancy firm.
Today, FAST & ASSOCIATES s.a.r.l has become highly specialized, with the contribution of its group of experts. It undertakes the design, development, supervision, management, and operation of Real Estate residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

3. Supervision | FAST & ASSOCIATES s.a.r.l provides construction supervision and monitoring of projects through delegation of site team backed up by main office full support to ensure achievement of targeted quality and performance at the site.
4. Management | FAST & ASSOCIATES s.a.r.l offers project management services via the representation of the project owner and close monitoring, evaluation, and lead of the consultant and contractor performance.
